Setup guide for MindsHub Cowork and HubSpot

What you can do

• Ask questions about your contacts, companies, and deals.
• Get summaries and reports of your pipeline, written for you.
• Combine HubSpot data with your other connected apps and files in one answer.
• Run the same report on a schedule.

Install the app

You need MindsHub Cowork, either the desktop app or the web app (see Setup), and a HubSpot account.

1. In MindsHub Cowork, open Connect Apps and Data from the sidebar.
2. Select the HubSpot tile.
3. Click Authorize with HubSpot. HubSpot's sign-in page opens in your browser.
4. Sign in to HubSpot and choose the HubSpot account you want to connect.
5. Review the permissions MindsHub Cowork requests, then click Connect app.
6. Return to MindsHub Cowork. HubSpot now appears under your connected apps.

Use the app

Ask in the chat

Start a chat and ask about your HubSpot data. For example:

• Summarize my HubSpot pipeline by deal stage.
• Which deals are expected to close this month, and who owns them?
• List the companies we added last week and their main contacts.

Run it on a schedule

Ask the agent to run a request regularly, for example "every Monday at 9am, summarize new deals". It then reads fresh data from HubSpot each time the schedule runs.

There is no field mapping or sync to set up. MindsHub Cowork doesn't copy your HubSpot records. It reads them from HubSpot only when a chat or a scheduled task needs them.

Disconnect the app

1. In MindsHub Cowork, open Connected Apps and Data from the sidebar.
2. Find your HubSpot connection.
3. Click Disconnect on it and confirm.

Uninstall the app

To also remove the app from your HubSpot account:

1. In HubSpot, click the settings icon in the top navigation bar.
2. In the left sidebar, go to Integrations > Connected Apps.
3. Under My apps, click MindsHub Cowork.
4. On the app's settings page, uninstall the app and confirm.
